Can train, grow, and mentor a small and very young person sales force. Develop and communicate market strategy, Create sales plans. Aligned with a USA big device company with global reach. Heavy travel more than 50%.
Comp 125-145k base, bonus & relocation assist. 25% fee. Corporate holding company HQ is in the sunbelt. Upside to VP and 5 yr potential to succeed President as Division President.
