Position Title: Program Manager
: Privately held a, they currently serve the Automotive and Medical Device markets offering their customers services from design for manufacturability and project management through Injection Molding, assembly, packaging and sterilization management. They have been serving the Automotive Industry for over 60 years and is TS 16949 Certified, and for their Medical Device OEM Customers they function under the ISO 13485 certification and operate out of a state of the art FDA compliant class 8 clean room and have received multiple quality awards from some of the largest Global OEM’s.

Your unique role with the company:
Responsible for the project plan development, execution and successful transfer of New Product Launches from inception to full production. Leadership and direction of cross
functional/technical team members and management of project costs, quality objectives and timelines to ensure that quoted standards and internal/external customer goals are met.
Function as PMC’s primary customer communications leader for all non-commercial aspects of each project.
Proactively initiate regular contact with the customer to ensure complete understanding of customer requirements.
Lead the resolution of all non-commercial issues that arise with the project
Coordinate the activities of the Launch Team members. Ensure regular, effective intra-Team communications.
Confirm the scope of the project with the customer before or at the time of project kick-off, and Develop a Statement of Work with the customer that is in alignment with PMC’s quoted program costs.
Coordinate and lead technical problem-solving meetings as needed.
What the Company is looking for
Demonstrated record of taking personal ownership of and accountability for projects is required
Experience with injection molding of thermoplastic components is required. The ability to give detailed direction for tooling adjustments (dimensional corrections) is a strong plus.
Previous recent experience as a project manager, with a demonstrated track record of leading CFLTs to successfully launch projects on-time and on-budget in a molding, manufacturing or product development environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required, with majors in mechanical, industrial, tooling, manufacturing, business or plastics technology engineering strongly preferred.
